The site today

[edit]

The tunnel and overbridges are still in situ, although the majority of the station site has been demolished and landscaped as looking over towards the Borough Arms Hotel which has been used for many years.

The site north of the station has been wiped away by new builds, near to the former Hartshill tunnel and Hartshill & Basford Halt.

The cutting has also been filled in and much of the trackbed forms part of Station Walks which during them hot late spring and early summer days round the seasons is a great attraction spot from Cyclists to Dog Walkers and many walkers who would want to relax under the sunshine during them seasons, a shared-use path.
