My Love Will Make You Disappear is an upcoming 2025 Philippine romantic comedy film directed by Chad V. Vidanes from a story by Prime Cruz and a screenplay by Patrick Valencia and Isabella Policarpio. The film stars Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino in their first film project as a loveteam.[1] It revolves around a romance between a woman with a history of disappearing boyfriends finds love with her landlord, who is fighting to save his community from being displaced.
Produced and distributed by Star Cinema, the film will be released in Philippine cinemas on March 26, 2025.
Premise
[edit]Sari believes she's cursed because all the men she falls in love with disappear from her life. Jolo is a troubled landlord facing problems with his struggling apartment building. Two people fighting to save a community from displacement find their romance threatened by a curse associated with one of them.[2]

Release
[edit]Originally scheduled to be released nationwide on 12 February 2025, it was moved to its official date on 26 March to avoid the competition from Captain America: Brave New World and Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy.[4][5] It also set to be released in North American theaters on 28 March.[6] It is set to release in cinemas in more than 30 countries.[7]
