Miracle Machine is a cartoon character prominently featured in influential fan-made animated music videos created by animator Ryan Krzak (also known as RWappin) for songs by "Weird Al" Yankovic. The character is primarily associated with Krzak's animations for Yankovic's songs "Albuquerque: THE MOVIE" (2006) and "Everything You Know Is Wrong" (2007). Miracle Machine wears a red vest (canonically a Nehru Jacket), a white shirts, blue trousers and red shoes.

Creation and Naming
[edit]The character was created by animator Ryan Krzak for his independently produced animations, which gained popularity on platforms like Newgrounds and YouTube in the mid-2000s. The character design is characterized by simple lines, exaggerated expressions, and often frantic energy, matching the tone of the songs animated.
The name "Miracle Machine" became particularly associated with the character's appearance in the "Albuquerque" animation.[1] Before the name reveal, fans called the character "Not Fry", after the name reveal, people then called the character in Albuquerque Miracle Machine but in the "Everything You Know Is Wrong" animation as "Not Fry". Though both appearances are visually identical and often collectively referred to as Miracle Machine.[citation needed] According to one fan account citing a podcast appearance, Krzak may have discussed the name choice on the "Dave And Ethan's 2000\" Weird Al Podcast".[citation needed]
In the Albuquerque Reanimated Collab Discord Server, Krzak stated:
"He's probably mostly influenced by Homestar Runner, Earthworm Jim, and Butch Hartman style. If Fry influenced it, it was only subconciously. I didn't realize they had the same clothes until everyone started pointing it out"[citation needed]

- In the "Albuquerque" animation (2006), the character portrays the song's narrator through various absurd scenarios described in the lyrics, such as working at The Sizzler, meeting his ex-girlfriend Zelda, and consuming large amounts of sauerkraut. [2]
- In the "Everything You Know Is Wrong" animation (2007), the character again embodies the song's themes of absurdity and contradiction, engaging in bizarre activities and transformations corresponding to the lyrics.[3]
- In the Multi-Animator Project "Polkamania!" (2021), the character is seen specifically in the Uptown Funk segment, where he is also seen breakdancing.[4]
- In the Reanimated collaboration "Albuquerque: THE MOVIE: Reanimated", although animated by other people, Ryan Krzak himself joined and specifically animated Part 48 of the Collab[5]. Making that the last time Miracle Machine has officially made an appearance.
