Bad display of this error message

When trying to use the tool at en:Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval, I got this message:
The "{{int:discussiontools-replylink}}" link cannot be used to reply to this comment. To reply, please {{GENDER:|use}} the full page editor by clicking "$1". I did some testing, and it seems that the problem is caused by writing %3F instead of ? in the link. It looks like a bug, but I don't feel like debugging the JavaScript message parser for this, it's a beast. @Izno Can you change that? Matma Rex talk 11:49, 10 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
