Mark Treitel

Mark Treitel is an American television writer and producer. He is known for co-writing the 2005 NBC sitcom pilot The Sperm Donor with fellow writer Shoe Schuster. The pilot explored comedic situations surrounding a man who discovers he has fathered numerous children through sperm donation.

In 2005, Treitel gained wider attention as a contestant on the Bravo reality television series Situation: Comedy. The series, produced by Sean Hayes and Todd Milliner, followed aspiring writers competing for the chance to have their sitcom pilot developed for NBC.
