List of people scheduled to be executed in the United States

As of May 23, 2025, a total of 37 people are scheduled to be executed in the United States.[1] All of these executions are scheduled over four calendar years in eight U.S. states.[2] Additionally, there are 22 pending motions to set an execution date in seven U.S. states.[a]
