This is a list of current mayors of cities and towns in Bosnia and Herzegovina. There are 142 directly elected mayors and 3 mayors elected indirectly: the mayor of Sarajevo appointed by the Sarajevo City Council, the mayor of Mostar appointed by the Mostar City Council and the mayor of Brčko appointed by the Assembly of Brčko District.[1]
