The following is a list of international prime ministerial trips made by Shehbaz Sharif during his first term as the Prime Minister of Pakistan from April 2022 to August 2023 and his second term from March 2024 to present.

Egypt	Sharm-el-Sheikh	19–21 December	Working visit	Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday began a three-day visit to Egypt to participate in the Eleventh Summit of D-8 countries, hold bilateral discussions with multiple world leaders on the sidelines of the forum and attend a special meeting on the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. On the sidelines of the summit, the premier met with Professor Dr Muhammad Yunus, chief advisor of Bangladesh’s interim government, as well as Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto. He is also expected to hold bilateral meetings with the presidents of Iran, Turkiye, and Egypt. The theme of this year’s D-8 Summit is “Investing in Youth and Supporting SMEs: Shaping Tomorrow’s Economy.” “The Prime Minister, representing Pakistan at the Summit, will highlight the importance of investing in youth and SMEs for a strong and inclusive economy based on employment generation, innovation and local entrepreneurship,” Sharif’s office said in a statement. “The Prime Minister will express Pakistan’s strong commitment to cooperate and implement the fundamental principles laid down by the D-8 … emphasize the importance of partnerships for mutual benefit and development among the participating countries in the conference, as well as cooperation in agriculture, food security and tourism.” Sharif will also highlight the steps taken by the government of Pakistan for the empowerment of the youth and their economic development.

PM Sharif also held separate high-level delegation talks with Sri Lankan President, Anura Kumara Dissanayake, chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovinaو Željka Cvijanović, and H. Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait.
Azerbaijan	Baku	23–24 February	Official visit	PM Sharif reached Azerbaijan for a two-day official visit and was warmly received by senior Azerbaijani officials at Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku. PM Shehbaz will hold high-level meetings with Ilham Aliyev and other senior Azerbaijani officials. The discussions will focus on further strengthening bilateral relations, expanding trade and investment, enhancing cooperation in the energy sector, synergize efforts to deal with climate change, deepening defense collaboration, and fostering cultural exchanges. Several Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and agreements are expected to be signed, further solidifying the partnership between the two countries. As part of his engagements, the Prime Minister and the Azerbaijani leadership will also address the Pakistan-Azerbaijan Business Forum. The forum will bring together business leaders from both countries to explore avenues for joint ventures and trade and investment opportunities. During the two-day visit there, Sharif held a bilateral meeting and delegation-level talks with President Ilham Aliyev wherein the two sides finalised the matters for Baku’s $2 billion investment in Pakistan. He also addressed a Pakistan-Azerbaijan Business Forum besides visiting a Victory Monument to pay tribute to the martyrs and heroes of the 44-day Nagorno-Karabakh war.
Uzbekistan	Tashkent	24–26 February	Official visit	Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Uzbekistan on Tuesday on a two-day official visit to enhance bilateral relations with the Central Asian country. PM Shehbaz held a bilateral meeting with Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev during his visit. They discussed "all areas of bilateral cooperation including connectivity, economic, trade, investment, energy, defence and security, regional stability, and education”. The leaders also exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest. The prime minister was to be accompanied by a high-level delegation, including Deputy PM Ishaq Dar and other members of his cabinet. The premier also addressed the Pakistan-Uzbekistan Business Forum, where “leading businessmen from both sides” participated and held B2B meetings to further enhance bilateral trade. The prime minister’s visit “underscores Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthen its ties with Uzbekistan, through fostering greater economic collaboration and exploring new avenues of partnership, as part of the strategic vision for regional integration and economic prosperity”.
Saudi Arabia	Madina, Makkah, Jeddah	18–21 March	Official Visit	See also: Saudi Arabia-Pakistan relations Shehbaz met Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and also performed Umrah Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has met Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman with two leaders mulling over various avenues to strengthen bilateral ties and cooperation between the two countries. The meeting comes as the premier landed in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday on a four-day official visit from March 19 to 22 to strengthen bilateral ties, enhance economic cooperation, and promote investment between the two nations. During the high-level meeting between the two sides, the premier and his Saudi counterpart mulled over matters of mutual interest and stressed promoting military cooperation between Islamabad and Riyadh.With both leaders expressing satisfaction over the growing bilateral economic cooperation, PM Shehbaz appreciated Saudi Arabia's commitment to increase investment in important sectors in Pakistan. Separately, PM Shehbaz also met Saudi Investment Minister Khalid Al-Falih and Head of the Joint Task Force for Economic Engagement Mohammad Al-Tuwaijri with the two leaders focusing on strengthening economic cooperation, attracting Saudi investments, and expediting joint initiatives in key sectors.
Belarus	Minsk	10–12 April	Official Visit	See also: Belarus-Pakistan relations Shehbaz met President Alexander Lukashenko. PML-N Supremo Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz also accompanied him. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko held a bilateral meeting in Minsk on Friday. During the meeting, they agreed to enhance cooperation in food security and manufacturing of electric vehicles and buses. It was decided to jointly work in the field of agriculture and manufacturing of the farm machinery. The two leaders reiterated to increase business to business and defence cooperation. Besides, they agreed to soon evolve a strategy to send over 150,000 trained and skilled youth from Pakistan to Belarus. The two leaders exchanged views on diverse topics, including commerce, investment, and regional affairs. They expressed satisfaction with the recent positive developments in all aspects of relations between Pakistan and Belarus. They reiterated the commitment to further strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation and economic and trade relations. Speaking on the occasion, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said significant progress has been made in various sectors of cooperation between two countries following the eighth session of the Pakistan-Belarus Joint Ministerial Commission held in Islamabad last year and the inter-ministerial delegation's visit to Belarus this year. Shehbaz Sharif expressed appreciation for Pakistan's relations with Belarus and thanked President Aleksandr Lukashenko for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality extended during the visit to Belarus. The Prime Minister said Pakistan is an agrarian economy and its sixty-five percent of population resides in rural areas. He said joint ventures between the companies of both the countries to manufacture agriculture equipment in Pakistan will be a win-win situation. He said we also want to learn from the experience of Belarus to enhance our per acre yield. The Prime Minister also highlighted the mineral deposits in Pakistan saying these are to the tune of trillions of dollars. He emphasized on cooperation in this sector as well as in defence, textile and public transport. Shehbaz Sharif thanked Belarus for its decision to invite about one hundred and fifty thousand young and highly skilled manpower from Pakistan. He assured this highly skilled workforce, to be sent to Belarus, will be duly certified. Earlier, the two sides exchanged signed documents of the agreements and Memorandums of Understanding. These agreements and MoUs were related to Interior, Defence, Environment, Trade and Economy.
United Kingdom	London	12-14 April	Private Visit	Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in London on Friday night from Belarus for a brief two-day visit and the PML-N leader and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif will be reaching London on Saturday for two-week tour. PML-N sources said that the prime minister will go for medical checkups on Saturday and has two meetings planned on Sunday. He has been undergoing health evaluations in London for many years. The PM will meet his elder brother Nawaz at the Avenfield flats before leaving for Pakistan.

Turkiye	Istanbul	25-26 May	Official visit	Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited Turkey to thank President Erdoğan for support during tensions with India. They discussed defense, intelligence sharing, trade (targeting $5 billion), and regional stability.
Iran	Tehran	26-27 May	Official visit	Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited Iran as part of his regional tour. He met Iranian leaders including President Masoud Pezeshkian to strengthen ties in trade, energy, border security, and regional connectivity. Both sides pledged to promote peace in South Asia and deepen regional cooperation.
Azerbaijan	Baku	27-28 May	Official visit	Shehbaz Sharif visited Azerbaijan to express gratitude for its $2 billion investment pledge in Pakistan. He met with President Ilham Aliyev to review progress on earlier agreements and reaffirm the strong, brotherly ties between the two nations. He also thanks to the Azerbaijan for the support during the Conflict with India in May 2025.
Tajikistan	Dushanbe	29-30 May	Official visit	Shehbaz Sharif visited Tajikistan to strengthen bilateral ties. He met with President Emomali Rahmon to discuss trade, energy, regional connectivity, and security. Sharif also attended the International Conference on Glaciers’ Preservation, highlighting climate challenges and cooperation. He also thanks to the Tajiks for their support during the conflict with India in May 2025.
