Kemp Alan Rasmussen (born May 25, 1979) is a former American football defensive lineman. He played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Carolina Panthers from 2002 to 2005.[1] He signed with the Seattle Seahawks in 2006, but he was placed on the injured reserve list. Rasmussen played college football at Indiana University.[2]
