Köksal Durusoy (born 14 May 1982) is a Turkish taekwondo practitioner. He won the gold medal in the men's 58 kg category at the 2005 European Taekwondo Championships held in Riga, Latvia.[1][2]
Career
[edit]At the 2005 European Taekwondo Championships, Durusoy represented Turkey and won the gold medal in the men's 58 kg final by defeating Elnur Amanov of Azerbaijan.[1][2][3]
In 2009, he was part of the Turkish men's national team at the 2009 World Cup Taekwondo Team Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan. Competing in the 62 kg division, he contributed to the team’s success as they defeated Iran 3–2 in the final to win the world team title.[2][4]
