Joseph Racinsky is a Canadian politician who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in 2025, representing the riding of Wellington—Halton Hills. He is a member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario.

Prior to being elected to the legislature, Racinsky served as a town councillor in Halton Hills, and was the youngest councillor ever elected.[1] At the age of 23, Racinsky is currently the youngest MPP serving in the legislature, succeeding fellow PC MPP Sam Oosterhoff.
