Israr Khan is Pakistan's Ambassador-at-Large for Youth Empowerment[2] and Ex-President of the Oxford Union where he served for Hilary Term 2025[3] as the third ever Oxford Union President from Pakistan and the first from Balochistan.[4] A Ph.D. candidate in Law at the University of Oxford,[5] he specialises in international investment law, having passed the bar at Lincoln's Inn.[6]
