History
[edit]Ingelec was established in 1975 during a period of emerging industrial development in Morocco. The company originated from an initiative by the Sekkat family, which was already active in the plastics industry. Its initial activity focused on the production of switches for the construction sector.[1]
Activities
[edit]Ingelec designs and markets electrical equipment primarily for residential, commercial, and industrial construction sectors. Its product range includes:
- Switches, electrical outlets, and power strips;
- Circuit breakers, electrical panels, and safety accessories;
- Lighting solutions;
- Accessories for electrical installations.
The company develops its own product lines under brands such as Tichka, Oscar, Alyans, and Tropic 2.[2][3]
International presence
