Ieda Magri

Ieda Magri is a Brazilian writer. She was born in Águas Frias in Santa Catarina. She holds a doctorate in Brazilian literature from UFRJ.

Her first book Tinha uma coisa aqui, a collection of short stories, appeared in 2007. Her other works include Um Crime Bárbaro, Uma exposição, Ninguém and Olhos de bicho. Her work has been nominated for various literary prizes in Brazil.

She lives in Rio de Janeiro where she teaches Literary Theory at UFRJ.[1][2]
