Hopkins Township is a township in Nodaway County, Missouri, United States.[2] At the 2020 census, its population was 645.[3] It contains 40 sections of land.[4] The One Hundred and Two River flows through the township and its three branches meet in the northern stretches of the township.

Hopkins Township was established by or before November 7, 1871[4] and most likely took its name from the town of Hopkins, Missouri.[5] located in the center of the township.
