Hitorie Live Tour Unknown 2018 “Loveless” - 2017 “IKI” (stylized in all caps) is a concert film by Japanese rock band Hitorie. It was released on November 4, 2019, through their own label, Hinichijou Records. It features the tour finals for their 2018 tour Hitorie Unknown-Tour 2018 "Loveless", held at the Ex Theater Roppongi on March 25, 2018, and their 2017 tour National Solo Tour 2017 "Iki" held at the Shin-Kiba Studio Coast on May 7, 2017.[1]
Contents
[edit]The movie contains music from all their studio albums, mostly Aisolate and Iki, as well as feature songs written by wowaka from his debut Vocaloid album Unhappy Refrain. The first disc (Loveless) features 2 encores, while the second disc (Iki) features 4. On the 2017 "Iki" performance, during Hagureno-Color, guitarist Shinoda (シノダ) and bassist Ygarshy (イガラシ) perform an "instrument battle".
Promotion and release
[edit]The concert movie was announced on September 2, 5 months after the death of band frontman wowaka by acute heart failure.[1][2] Various songs from the performance were released on the band's official YouTube channel.[3] The release date, November 4, was chosen as it is wowaka's birthday.[1] The limited edition includes a photo book with unreleased photos from the performances, as well as a sticker replica of a staff pass.[4]
