[edit]The Hemkunt Express runs from Yog Nagri Rishikesh Station to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra via Virbhadra, Raiwala Junction, Moti Chur, Haridwar Junction, Roorkee, Saharanpur Junction, Yamunanagar Jaghdhri, Ambala Cantonment, Chandigarh Junction, Sas Nagar Mohali, Ludhiana, Jalandhar Cantonment Junction, Tanda Urmar, Dasuya, Mukerian, Pathankot Cantonment, Hiranagar, Kathua, Samba, to Jammu Tawi to MCTM Udhampur and finally halting at Sri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Railway station.
Traction
[edit]When train was started it used to get hualed by the WDP4-D of the Tuglakabad shed, but because of the electrification of the whole route it is now hauled by the WAP-7 of Ghaziabad shed.
