Frango à passarinho

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Frango à passarinho is a typical food delicacy in Brazil and Portugal. It consists of several small cuts of chicken, usually the wing, cut into three parts. These pieces are fried in hot oil. Many recipes also add a garlic and oil sauce on top of the fried chicken. This sauce consists of roasted garlic and plenty of olive oil. Others include, in addition to the garlic and oil, a little parsley to embellish the dish and accentuate the flavor.[1]
