Francie is a restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York.[2][3][4] The restaurant serves brasserie influenced Italian cuisine and has received a Michelin star.[5] The signature dish of the house is the dry aged crown of duck for two with Swiss chard, parsnip, and soppressata jam.[citation needed]
