Fazeley is a civil parish in the Lichfield District of Staffordshire, England. It forms a part of the Staffordshire/West Midlands County border and borders the City of Birmingham at Sutton Coldfield. It is also located directly south of the wider borough of Tamworth, where it also forms part of the wider urban area.
The parish covers the town of Fazeley and the hamlets and villages of Bangley, Bonehill and Mile Oak.
