Eupithecia sola is a moth in the family Geometridae.[2] It was first described by András Mátyás Vojnits [es] in 1983.[1][2] It is known from an elevation of about 3,500 m (11,500 ft) in Nepal.[1]

The wingspan is 20 mm (0.79 in) in the male holotype.[1]
