In 2019, the company was shortlisted for a redevelopment initiative in Zagreb, Croatia, and launched residential units at Maryam Island. In the following years, Eagle Hills expanded into Eastern Europe, Oman, and Central Europe.[6][failed verification]

In 2023, the company unveiled Ramhan Island in Abu Dhabi, a large-scale residential and hospitality development on a natural offshore island.[7] It also announced the Bulgari Resort & Mansions, Abu Dhabi, a beachfront hospitality project developed in partnership with Bulgari Hotels & Resorts.[8]
