Yeeps: Hide and Seek is a virtual reality social and action game launched in 2024, developed and released by the indie video game company Trass Games.[1] When you play Yeeps, you play as a Yeep, a puppet like creature that doesn't sleep, blink, or have legs, only using its arms to move around. Yeeps closed alpha started in February 2024, launching in the Meta App Lab in March of the same year.[2]
Game Modes
[edit]Yeeps is a diversified game with various game modes, such as Hide and Seek, Creative, Hangout, Tap Tag, Monster, FFA Arena, FFA Teams, and Hangout Teams. The game modes cannot be changed in a menu; they must be changed by traveling to other maps or using "Game Mode Blocks".
Plushies
[edit]The "Yeeps Plush" is a plush which is modeled after a Yeep. The plush is 6.3 inches tall (16cm), and comes in 3 colors: Purple, Blue, and Peach. It was released to the USA at 10 AM November 29, 2024, costing $34.99 USD. After buying it, the user receives a code where they can retrieve an in-game version of their plush that mimics their Yeep actions.
