Yannick Fierling (born February 1, 1971) is a French business executive and engineer. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Electrolux Group.[1]

Early life and education

Yannick Fierling was born on February 1, 1971, in Sarreguemines, France.[2] He holds two master's degrees in mechanical engineering—one from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne in France and another from Virginia Tech in the United States.[2] He also holds a degree in finance for executives from INSEAD in France.

Career

Fierling began his career in 1996 at SKF. He then joined Whirlpool Corporation in 2000, where he held various senior leadership roles over 15 years.[3]

In 2015, he was appointed CEO of Haier Europe, leading the company’s expansion across Europe through organic growth and acquisitions. Under his leadership, Haier Europe became one of the fastest-growing players in the industry.[4] He stepped down from this role in April 2024.[4][5]

In August 2024, Electrolux Group announced that Fierling would succeed Jonas Samuelson as President and CEO.[6] He joined the company in October 2024 and formally assumed the role on January 1, 2025.[1][7][8]
