Comment: Likely notable, but rather than just list his offences it would be helpful to include a more about the subject outside of his convictions. Flat Out (talk) 02:38, 27 March 2025 (UTC)
William Anthony Parker also known as Alistair Packover is a British convicted fraudster and cybercriminal.
In June 2009, he was given a suspended prison sentence for hacking into bookmaking websites to make a significant profit.[1]
In June 2010, at 21 years old, he was sentenced to 20 months in prison for an online fraud that had earned him tens of thousands of pounds. He had used the proceeds to buy luxury goods and over £30,000 worth of gold bullion. The sentencing took place at Southend Court House after he pleaded guilty to two counts of fraud.[1]
In January 2024, he was taken into custody in Finland for allegedly exploiting a vulnerability in software to gain unauthorized access to the systems of two international online casinos. In July of that year, a Finnish court sentenced him to two years and six months in prison for committing fraud related to online casinos.[2][3]
In March 2025, blockchain investigator ZachXBT alleged that a crypto trader who accumulated $20 million on HyperLiquid through leveraged trading was William Parker.[4]
