William H. Bowen (May 6, 1923 – November 12, 2014) was a partner at the largest law firm in Arkansas, a bank president, chief executive officer of a health insurance company, and dean of the largest law school in Arkansas. The law school was later named the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. He served as justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court for one week in 2009.[1]
