[edit]Halloween (1978)
[edit]Thomas "Tommy" Doyle is an inquisitive and naive 8-year-old boy living in Haddonfield, Illinois who is a huge fan of comic books and horror movies. On October 31, 1978, he first talks to his babysitter Laurie Strode when they are walking to school and mentions that the boogeyman is going to come for them soon as it is Halloween night however Laurie dismisses him for just being dreamy, especially when he tells her not to go to the old Myers house as he believes it is haunted by the ghost of the deceased Judith Margaret Myers.
Tommy is later seen in school at Haddonfield Elementary where he is shown to be constantly picked on and bullied by fellow students Richie Castle, Lonnie Elam and Keith who taunt him about the boogeyman and break his pumpkin before running away from him laughing with the saddened and afraid Doyle then leaving to go home.
On Halloween night, Tommy is at his house being babysat by Laurie and talking to her about his comics until her friend Annie Brackett arrives in the house and makes Tommy meet Lindsey before leaving to her house and leaving Lindsey to be babysat by Laurie. Later on, Tommy sees a mysterious figure carry a dead body to Annie's house through a window but stays at his house still, shocked by what he saw. A few hours later, Laurie runs into his house scared and brings him and Lindsey to the second floor, telling them that the boogeyman is real before they then encounter and escape him, which is causes Tommy and Lindsey to go to a neighbor's house to inform them about the killer that is attacking them and Laurie.
Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers
[edit]A few years after the events of Halloween night 1978, Tommy graduates from Haddonfield Elementary and goes to Haddonfield High School where he becomes friends with fellow students Brady and Wade. On October 31, 1988, Tommy is seen hanging out at Vincent's Drug Store with them and alongside Brady, pressures Wade to ask out fellow student Kelly Meeker.
