Thoughts at 3 is an EP by Cameroonian artist Lor, released in 2024. The project combines Afrobeats, R&B, hip-hop, and alternative influences to explore themes of mental health, self-reflection, and personal growth. The EP features a mix of rap and melodic elements, with Lor addressing issues such as emotional fatigue, relationships, and the complexities of mental well-being. The release follows the single Femme, which was shared on International Women’s Day 2024, to broaden discussions on women's empowerment.[1]
