The State Signal.^[1] (also: thestatesignal)^[2] is a Kenyan news^[3] website launched in March, 2025. It operates solely online, and covers both local and international news^[4]

The State Signal^[5] has been classified as a Western World critic, leaning mainly towards the East and Global South in its "Open Letters^[6]", but somewhat impartial in its overall news coverage.

The site majors in Politics^[7] and stories focusing on current events, like the situation in the Middle East^[8] and Ukraine^[9]. The website publishes at least 4 stories per day, with a maximum of 10, with short-form articles that are less than 300 words.
