St. Augustine Parish is the combination of St. Christopher Parish in Midlothian, Illinois, and St. Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr Parish in Posen, Illinois. This merging of parishes occurred under the Renew My Church program of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
