RevenueZen is an American business-to-business (B2B) growth marketing agency headquartered in Portland, Oregon.[1][2] It provides services to venture-backed software-as-a-service (SaaS) and professional services companies.[3] Since 2024, it has operated as a majority-owned subsidiary of the publicly listed company Onfolio Holdings Inc.
History
[edit]RevenueZen was founded in 2017 by sales enablement consultant Alex Boyd as an organic growth marketing agency.[4]
In January 2024, Onfolio Holdings announced its acquisition of RevenueZen for US$1.105 million and rollover equity for five founders.[5] The deal closed later that month, giving Onfolio an 88 percent stake of ownership while retaining the agency's founding leadership.[6]
In May 2024, RevenueZen acquired a Washington-based content marketing agency, First Page Strategy, under a revenue-share agreement.[7]
Awards and recognition
[edit]In September 2020, Clutch included RevenueZen in its annual list of the 100 highest rated B2B companies in Oregon.[8] In 2022, RevenueZen received Great Place To Work Certification in 2022 for employee experience metrics above the U.S. average.[1]
