History

[edit]

Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation Ltd. was established in 2000.[2] Founded by Cambodian entrepreneur and philanthropist Pung Kheav Se, it is one of Cambodia's largest conglomerates today.[3]

Development of Koh Pich by OCIC began in 2006, later transforming it into one of Phnom Penh's newest central business districts.[4]

It is the developer of the new Techo International Airport.[5]

In 2024, OCIC partners with Accor by announcing the launch of the first Ibis budget hotel in Phnom Penh.[6]

Recently, OCIC awarded retail and dining concessions for the new Phnom Penh airport to operator Lagardère Travel Retail of French media giant Lagardère Group.[7]
