In 2024, it was announced that Nate was performing as the opening act for both legs of 2hollis' North American tour. [1] In 2025, Nate announced leg one and two of his own solo North America tour.[2][3]
Personal life
[edit]Nate grew up in a family of creatives. His father, Joe Sib[4], performs lead vocals for his band Wax (American band) while also being a comedian and the co-owner the records label SideOneDummy Records. His sister, Chessa Subbiondo, is a photographer and creative director who has worked with Interscope Records, Balmain (fashion house), and The Face (magazine)[5]. Alongside that, she has photographed celebrities such as Sophie Thatcher and Michelle Yeoh. His sister also directing the music video for his single "keep it up"[6]
Growing up with a muscian father, Nate has been playing the panio since the age of four[7]. He sang all throughout his childhood and also toned his beatboxing skills which helped build his sense of rythm.

Career
[edit]nate sib's first official single, "Why can't you see," produced by close friend 2hollis, was released on October 5, 2023. Using the momentum he gained from this track and its addition to the NHL 24 soundtrack, he prepared for the release of his first extended play, for you, which released on February 10, 2024[9].
His music is often likened by fans to popstar Justin Bieber due to his incredible vocal range and stability. Nate has also stated Bieber—alongside electronic acts like Skrillex and Deadmau5—to be one of his greatest inspirations.[10]
In October 2024, Nate signed with Republic Records and released "hold on," showcasing the grittier, more distorted side of his style. He released "take it slow" as his first single of 2025. Later that same month Nate was featured on the song "Afraid" with his close personal friend 2Hollis[11], the song making Nate grow largely in popularity as the song gained millions of streams across different platforms. Later the same year he released his second EP for us as his first EP under a label, Nate stating the EP was inspired by the hyperpop producer SOPHIE[12].
