More Echoes, Touching Air Landscape is a split album between Japanese experimental metal bands Boris and Choukoko No Niwa. It consists of two songs, one by each artist, adding up to a runtime of over 50 minutes.
Composition
[edit]The first song titled Fukurou, performed by Choukoku No Niwa, consists of a steady build throughout the song. It has a heavy emphasis on drums, with three percussionists playing together.[2]
The second track titled Kanau Part. 1 And 2, performed by Boris, is made of two distinct movements, as the name implies.[3] Part 1 is a made up entirely of guitar droning, with few changes occurring as song continues. Part 2 is much faster, and includes elements of percussion.
Release
[edit]In 1999, the album was released through Inoxia Records on CD. It would receive one reissue seven years later in 2006, with revised album artwork.
