Kristan de Graaf (October 22, 1994 in Amsterdam) is a Dutch-Emirati entrepreneur who revitalized the car rental market in Dubai. He is the founder and CEO of Elite Rentals Dubai, a luxury car and yacht rental company.[citation needed]
