Joyce Gelb (born 1940) is a political scientist and feminist scholar, best known for her comparative work on women's movements and public policy, particularly in the United States, England, and Japan. She is a Professor Emeritus of Political Science at the City College of New York and the Graduate Center, City University of New York.[1]
