"I Feel Alive" is a song by Tenacious D member Jack Black that is the only single from the 2025 film A Minecraft Movie's soundtrack.[1] It features former Tenacious D collaborator Dave Grohl on drums, Troy Van Leeuwen of American rock band Queens of the Stone Age and Mark Ronson.[2]
Use in the film
[edit]It appears in A Minecraft Movie at the end of the film when Jack Black and Jason Momoa, playing Steve and Garrett "The Garbage Man" Garrison respectively, perform the song to an audience at Overworld Games (formerly named Game over World) with a band.[3]
Reception
[edit]Screen Rant's Kieran Hair gave it number 1 in his ranking of Jack Black's songs from A Minecraft Movie, stating that "They saved the best for last"[4]
