Hotel Bardo Savannah, a Leading Hotels of the World property, is a two-acre luxury resort in the Victorian Historic District of Savannah, Georgia, across the street from the city’s famed Forsyth Park. The property includes the Lewis Kayton House, a turreted 19th-century mansion at 700 Drayton Street and is the flagship property of the Bardo hotel brand from New York-based real estate development, brand, and design firm Left Lane, which specializes in the acquisition and transformation of iconic historic properties. The resort’s restaurant, Saint Bibiana, and Club Bardo, the resort’s membership and social club, are housed in the original mansion. The rest of the resort is located in an expansion which was built in 2005 and later completed in 2023 by Left Lane when they expanded the resort into the parking lot behind the property to include a pool, carriage house, event lawn, pool bar and 20 additional suites. The resort currently has 149 guest rooms with 50 being suites.
