Exodus is a non‑custodial, multi‑asset cryptocurrency wallet available on desktop and mobile platforms, with optional hardware-wallet integration. It was founded in 2015 by JP Richardson and Daniel Castagnoli.[1][2] Exodus wallet supports digital assets including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and SOL with live portfolio tracking and integrated exchange. It is available on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, plus a browser extension and integration with Trezor hardware wallets.

Overview

[edit]

Exodus Movement, Inc., headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, operates as a remote company. The company is publicly traded on the NYSE American under the ticker EXOD, and in June 2025 held a corporate treasury including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and SOL.[3][4]

Users retain control of private keys; wallet data is encrypted locally and recoverable via a 12-word seed phrase. Trezor integration offers added offline key storage. It allows staking for select tokens, NFT management (notably on Solana), and fiat on‑off ramps via partnerships.[5]
