Dr.G.D.Paliwal was born on 3rd October 1935, in Kanchosi, a small village in District Etawah of Uttar Pradesh, India. The 3rd son of Mr.Prabhu Dayal Paliwal and Mrs. Paliwal had five siblings. He did his primary schooling in his village and secondary schooling in Etawah.
One of the first in that small village who thought of doing his bachelor's Degree in English Literature from DAV College, Kanpur affiliated with Agra University in 1953. D
