Daniel A. Sisk (1927 – August 15, 2017) was a justice of the New Mexico Supreme Court from January 5, 1970 until December 31, 1970. He lost reelection in the primary.
"Sisk was graduated from New Mexico Military Institute in 1945 and enlisted in the Navy, serving two years. He attended the University of New Mexico from 1946 to 1948, then transferred to Stanford University, where he was graduated in 1950. He entered the Marine Corps and served in Korea in 1951 and 1952, attaining the rank of captain. He received his Stanford law degree in 1954".[1] Governor David Cargo appointed Sisk to the New Mexico Supreme Court in December 1969.[1]
