The Blyth- Gateshead is an association football rivalry based in the North East of England, between Blyth Spartans and Gateshead FC.

Blyth Spartans play at Croft Park in Blyth, Northumberland & were founded in 1899. They play in the Northern Premier League Division One East, the eighth tier of English Football, as of the 2025-26 season.

Gateshead FC play at the Gateshead International Stadium in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. They were founded in 1977. They play in the National League, the fifth tier of English Football, as of the 2025-26 season.

The Blyth-Gateshead Derby is stemmed from each of the two teams trying to get one over the other one.
