Blazarex is a cryptocurrency exchange and digital asset platform founded in 2022 by Ukrainian entrepreneur Leontii Bilozerskyi. The company focuses on real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, fiat-to-stablecoin conversion, and instant token creation tools for small and medium-sized crypto projects in emerging markets.
History
[edit]Blazarex was founded in Istanbul in 2022 as an OTC platform enabling fast access to stablecoins through fiat deposits. In 2023, the team launched a browser-based clicker game that distributed meme tokens and tested gamified token launches. The core exchange platform went live in early 2024, and in mid-2024 the company launched Blazarex Swap, a fiat gateway offering TRY, EUR, and USD conversions into stablecoins such as USDT and USDC.[1]
In June 2025, Blazarex introduced an RWA Launchpad that automates token creation and secondary-market listing in under six seconds.[2]
Later in 2024, Blazarex’s white-label engine was used to power the Telegram-based mini-app Picardia, whose official channel @picardia_ecosystem surpassed 500,000 users within six months, according to public Telegram analytics platforms.[3][4]

- Gamified distribution: 1v1 endless-runner games to launch meme coins in viral formats.
Corporate structure
[edit]The company is operated by Blazarex Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi, a Turkish legal entity registered in Istanbul in March 2023 under ITO registration no. 451919.[5]
A Czech subsidiary, ELEMENTS EXCHANGE s.r.o. (IČO 21421749), was incorporated in April 2024 and holds a trade license for "services connected with virtual assets," which allows it to legally buy and sell cryptocurrencies in the Czech Republic.[6]
