The BIST 30 is one of the most important Turkish stock index. The abbreviation BIST stands for Borsa Istanbul (Istanbul Stock Exchange). The BIST 30 provides information on the share price performance of the 30 largest companies on the Istanbul Stock Exchange. It thus reflects the market segment for Turkish blue chips and is the leading index for the Turkish stock market.

BIST 30 stock index have a tradeable futures contracts in Turkish derivatives market (VIOP).
