Atino Lucky Bianca is a Ugandan beauty queen, climate and mental health activist, tech enthusiast and voice over artist. She won the Miss Tourism Uganda 2024/25 title on 14 September 2024 and became the first to bring the title to Lango sub region^[1] . She is the ambassador of Techno Uganda^[2] She is a student at Lira University pursuing Bachelor of Information and Technology^[3].
