Andrii Bogdanovych ((1985-03-16)March 16, 1985; Kyiv) is a Ukrainian public activist, human rights defender, and Deputy Head of the State Energy Supervision Inspection of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization (CDTO). He is the co-founder of the online project "Crimea is Ukraine"[1], chairman of the NGO "Foundation.101"[2], founder of the "Karatel" project[3], former Deputy Head of the political party "Democratic Alliance"[4][5], former Deputy Head of the State Environmental Inspection of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization, former Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, and the first CDTO in Ukraine.

Born into a military family.

Education

In 2004, he graduated from the Kyiv Technical College of Information Systems and Technologies at the Kyiv National Economic University with a degree in designing, manufacturing, and maintaining electronic devices, receiving a diploma with honors.

In 2008, he graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University with a degree in "Computer Science" and a qualification as a technician-programmer.

In 2017, he earned a master's degree in "Law" from the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine.

In 2021, he earned a master's degree in "Public Administration" from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Professional career

2003–2004 – Network installation technician at Sotline.

2004 – Engineer at Adamant LLC.

2005 – Technical support specialist at Inter-Telecom.

2005–2007 – System administrator at Spekl LLC.

2005–2011 – Entrepreneur in the IT sector.

2012–2014 – Deputy Head of the political party "Democratic Alliance".

2014–2015 – Member of the Administrative Commission under the Kyiv City State Administration.

2015 – Consulted the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine on launching the "Information Troops of Ukraine" project.[6]

Since 2014, he has been the chairman of the NGO "Foundation.101".[7]

2015 – Released the educational video course "Police for Dummies".[8]

2017 – Founded the "Karatel" project.

From July 17, 2019, to January 28, 2020, he served as an advisor to the Head of the Kherson Regional State Administration.

From January 29, 2020, to January 4, 2021, he was the Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional State Administration.[9]

He was the first CDTO appointed at the regional level in Ukraine.
