Alex Bailey (born 1994/1995) is a Canadian filmmaker and producer.[1] known for the documentary Êmîcêtôcêt: Many Bloodlines.

She is best known for her critically acclaimed documentary Êmîcêtôcêt: Many Bloodlines, which won Best Canadian Short Doc at Hot Docs 2020[2], was selected for Toronto International Film Festival Top 10 Canadian Films of 2020[3], and received a Canadian Screen Award nomination [4]. In addition to her documentary work, Bailey has contributed vocals to the video game Outer Wilds: Echoes of the Eye.

In 2023 she directed You've been posted for VeraCity a TV documentary special about intimate photos being posted online without consent.

She began her film making journey at 14, winning top prize at Toronto International Film Festival Jump Cuts Film Festival.[1]
