The Africa International Housing Show (AIHS)[1] is an annual housing and construction industry event held in Abuja, Nigeria.

History

The Africa International Housing Show[2] was founded 18 years ago[3] by Festus Adebayo, to create a centralized platform for addressing housing challenges in Africa.

Participants

Real estate developers, architects, engineers, mortgage bankers, government officials, and representatives of international organizations attend the event and make presentations[4] on issues affecting the sector and the way forward.

Location and Frequency

The AIHS is held annually in Abuja, Nigeria, and typically lasts for several days.
