Absolute Wilson is a documentary feature film written and directed by Katharina Otto-Bernstein, chronicling his life, work, times, and creative genius.^[1] ^[2]

The film premiered in the Panorama section of Berlinale in 2006 and was later distributed by HBO and Studio Canal.^[3]

Cast includes Robert Wilson, David Byrne, Tom Waits, Susan Sontag, William S. Burroughs, Philip Glass, Jessye Norman.
