The regular season for the 2025 MPBL season will begin on March 8, 2025. 30 teams will compete in a round-robin tournament to determine which teams will qualify for the 2025 MPBL play-in tournament and 2025 MPBL playoffs. This article lists all of the games played between the months of March and June.
The Pampanga Giant Lanterns and San Juan Knights enter the regular season having tied for the best record in 2024 (26–2).
